Raymond Spellman grew up in a construction family which provided him the opportunity to gain valuable hands on experience in all aspects of the construction industry. Because of this experience Mr. Spellman is as comfortable operating heavy equipment as he is laying concrete block or building and finishing fine custom wood cabinetry.
Mr. Spellman has been designing, building and developing properties of distinction for for some of the largest real estate companies for over 30 years. As an entrepreneur Raymond also develops and renovates his own properties. He knows first hand exactly what property owners and construction managers desire from a general contractor and Mr. Spellman makes sure that this unique knowledge and experiences drives the culture of Fetzy.
Raymond is a graduate of Ramapo College and earned an MBA from Pepperdine University. Over the course of his career Mr. Spellman has held leadership positions at General Motors, American Express and United Parcel Service.
